We offer a selection of volunteering opportunities. All of our services are only possible with the support of our band of superstar volunteers!
All of our volunteers are provided with appropriate training and regular volunteer meetings where everyone has the chance to meet and discuss experience and development.
All volunteers with Town Break are members of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG).
Over the years we have supported and trained many students on placement from the Social Work and Psychology departments at University of Stirling.
This service provides one to one support for those living with a mild or early stage dementia, living in their own home within the Stirling Council area. Befrienders support those living with dementia through outings and activities either at home or in the community.
The aim of this service is to maintain or increase self-confidence and quality of life by providing meaningful friendship.
Day Club Volunteer
All our Day Club volunteers provide support in a variety of ways from setting up activities for the day, actively participating in activities such as playing games, socialising, reminiscing or doing arts & crafts. All of these tasks help the Day Clubs run smoothly and ensure our members enjoy their experience.

Hours suit the volunteer, although it is anticipated to be around 4-6 hours per month, depending upon the size of the area covered
Fundraising/ Events Management Volunteer
