Dementia Support and Wellbeing Centre.

Town Break Dementia Support is pleased to share our proposal for the acquisition and transformation of Beech Gardens into a dedicated Dementia Support and Wellbeing Centre. Our proposal aims to address the identified need for enhanced support services for individuals living with dementia and their care partners.

Town Break Dementia Support's vision for the Dementia Support and Wellbeing Centre over a period of time is to provide overnight respite for people living with dementia. The Dementia Support and Wellbeing Centre serves as an introduction to Town Break Dementia Support and fosters familiarity with staff, building, and services. During the week, selected services would run from here, while services throughout Forth Valley would continue.

Through collaboration with stakeholders and community engagement, we envision Beech Gardens becoming a hub of support, empowerment, and inclusion for those affected by dementia.

We invite you to participate in our questionnaire to provide valuable feedback and insights as we work towards creating a space that truly meets the needs of our community

Let's collaborate

Town Break is the community for people affected by dementia.
Our mission is to inspire and enable people across Forth Valley to live well with dementia.
